Heidi Erlandsen

Trainee Solicitor

I graduated from the University of Southampton in 2021 with a first class degree in Philosophy and then went on to study my Graduate Diploma in Law which I successfully completed in July 2022.

My interest in property originally started through my experience working in property management, which gave me an insight into the area. After studying land law and undertaking work experience with Feldon Dunsmore in the summer of 2022, I was confident that property law was the area for me. I enjoy seeing how the theoretical aspects of property law work in practise and being challenged with a variety of different tasks.

I have volunteered in several places alongside my studies including Amnesty International, a nursery and a children’s petting farm which has been so rewarding and allowed me to help some great causes. I have also played in netball teams since I was very young. I captained my university team for 2 years and loved meeting new people, working with others and organising sessions and matches.

Outside of work I enjoy going on long walks, baking, going to the theatre, skiing trips with my family and playing netball.

One word my colleagues would use to describe me is…

Sincere

If I won the lottery I would…

Save and invest most of it! But spend the rest buying my dream house
