Simran Sanghera

Paralegal

In 2021 I graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Coventry University. I aspire to become a residential property law Solicitor.

During my time at university, I enjoyed the analytical elements of studying the law, as it challenged me to recognise the impact of our legal system on individuals. At my voluntary year placement at the Citizens Advice, I was able to put this understanding into practice by applying the law when assisting a client in their time of need.

Alongside my degree, I worked at the university’s Student Union, specifically on improving student experiences throughout the university. This experience highlighted the importance of supporting people in new ventures.  A skill I was able to use at my previous workplace, where I discovered my interest in property law. My role was to onboard new clients before the property transaction could commence. This role enabled me to be exposed to various technicalities of residential property transactions.

With this new role at Feldon Dunsmore, I look forward to expanding my knowledge on residential property law and aid in the process of getting matters to completion.

Outside of work I enjoy beating my personal bests at the gym, studying Korean, all things animals and most recently, I have a growing interest in football.
