"FD provided more than we anticipated and with a level of professionalism that surpassed our previous advisors. It was a genuine pleasure to do business with them and there was an honest feeling of involvement with the whole process."
"Exceedingly professional and approachable at every level. I highly recommend his services."
"Steven has worked with us to close two leases on commercial property. His pricing is extremely competitive and his attention to detail is excellent. He works hard to make sure that the contract contains all of the information and benefits to you as the client. We will hire Steven again and plan on working together for a long time."
"I have worked with Paul over the course of approximately 10 years and can thoroughly recommend his knowledge of business law and expertise with regard to commercial property matters. I have no hesitation in referring my own clients to him."
Bethan Blackburn
Originally from Stafford, I spent my teenage years living in the Shropshire countryside before going on to study Law at the University of Warwick.
I fell in love with Warwickshire and continued living in the area while I undertook my Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Birmingham. Moving between Staffordshire and Cheshire while completing my training contract, I qualified as a Solicitor specialising in commercial property in December 2017. Warwickshire always felt like home to me and I moved back to the area, starting my journey at Feldon Dunsmore, in March 2019.
I am an avid fan of the television series Grand Designs and was once so star-struck meeting Kevin McCloud at Grand Designs Live London that I couldn’t remember my own name. I have seen Kevin on numerous occasions since, but thankfully he hasn’t mentioned it.
Outside of work I can usually be found outdoors walking and exploring. I love travelling off the beaten track and discovering new places beyond the tourist guides. In 2018 I road-tripped around both islands of New Zealand and more recently have travelled across Scotland and the Isle of Skye.
Being part of a musical family, in the colder weather I enjoy playing my keyboard, saxophone and ‘cello. I also enjoy cooking (especially the challenge of making popular dishes vegetarian or vegan), reading and watching crime dramas, but not all at the same time!
The word colleagues would use to describe me – diligent.
If I won the lottery I would – buy and renovate a campervan and travel the world.
My superhero power would be – teleportation – no more waiting in queues in rush hour traffic or roadworks!
