Mohammed Mangera

Trainee Solicitor

I graduated from the University of Warwick where I studied Law and Business studies. My combined degree developed my understanding of how businesses operate and how the law can be utilised to achieve company objectives and competitive advantages.

Within my final year of university, I joined a Family Law firm where I advocated at courts across England in front of lay, district and circuit judges to obtain non-molestation and children act orders. At such an early age within my career, it was a great opportunity to gain real advocacy experience and gave me insight into the differences between a solicitor's and barrister's role. I chose the solicitor route as I prefer to work within a team environment.

I joined Feldon Dunsmore following a one-week work experience in February 2020 and joined in March 2020, prior to the lockdown. Property Law and Law of Trusts were some of my favourite modules at university to study so the firm's specialism in commercial property law appealed to me, alongside the high-quality work the firm undertakes for its size.

For leisure, I enjoy socialising with my family and friends, binging Netflix (far more than is probably healthy at times) and hiking at various national parks within the UK.
