Last Friday evening, Team FD plus their partners, children and families gathered at our picturesque office as the warm sun cast a golden hue over our green surroundings, with the cows grazing peacefully and sheep dotting the fields. It was the perfect backdrop for a brilliant BBQ.

The delicious food, prepared by local caterer Eliza Jade Events LTD was a standout feature of the evening. Mouth-watering burgers, hot dogs, veggie options and sides had everyone coming back for seconds (and thirds!). To top it all off, the team got creative with some in-house cocktails that added a refreshing twist to the evening.

As the adults enjoyed their meals, the children dove into a range of games, with lots of laughter as they chased each other around the fields. It was heartwarming to see them all interact with each other and the joy in their faces.

Whilst Team FD work hard together and support each other during the working days, taking some time out to socialise outside of work reinforces and strengthens our sense of community and togetherness as a team, which we value immensely and are so proud of.

We also took a moment to celebrate a special milestone for Aimee, marking her ten-year work anniversary with us. Aimee has been an integral part of Team FD over the years, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her hard work and dedication. Cheers to many more years, Aimee!

Reflecting on the evening, I feel immensely proud to be part of such a vibrant and welcoming team. The spirit of camaraderie and fun truly makes Feldon Dunsmore a fantastic place to work.

Over the coming weeks we are looking forward to giving aspiring lawyers a taste of life working at Feldon Dunsmore: From two sixth form students joining us on work experience placements this week, to the winner of the University of Warwick’s Property Law Prize coming for an insight day and, later, three university students/graduates participating in our vacation scheme.
