Certification was therefore a way to formalise and validate what we were already striving to achieve.

For me, this was actually the most enjoyable part of the journey, bringing together everything we do as a business, evidencing our impact, and working closely through the verification process really highlighted the strength of what we’ve built at Feldon Dunsmore.
