“We both agreed what a good job Bethan did in what were quite trying circumstances. She took a very commercial view to the questions that were being posed and didn’t get too annoyed by the mass of inane questions coming from the other side, really good result and well done for her”

"FD provided more than we anticipated and with a level of professionalism that surpassed our previous advisors. It was a genuine pleasure to do business with them and there was an honest feeling of involvement with the whole process."
"Exceedingly professional and approachable at every level. I highly recommend his services."
"Steven has worked with us to close two leases on commercial property. His pricing is extremely competitive and his attention to detail is excellent. He works hard to make sure that the contract contains all of the information and benefits to you as the client. We will hire Steven again and plan on working together for a long time."
"I have worked with Paul over the course of approximately 10 years and can thoroughly recommend his knowledge of business law and expertise with regard to commercial property matters. I have no hesitation in referring my own clients to him."

I graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2020 with a first-class degree in law. Following this I continued my studies at the University of Nottingham where I completed a Master of Laws including a dissertation on the effects of Artificial Intelligence on UK and international copyright laws.
I have always worked alongside my studies. For the last year I have worked in the healthcare sector during the height of the pandemic. While being challenging at times, this experience helped me to develop my independent problem-solving skills and taught me how to professionally respond to emotional situations. It was also here that I learnt about Feldon Dunsmore from a colleague and was offered the role of paralegal after completing a week's work experience.
For me, property law seemed a great fit. It has been my preferred subject throughout my education with my interests ranging from conveyancing to the international human rights perspective on adequate housing. I further enjoy the practical aspect of property law and love getting stuck into various challenges. After a warm welcome from the firm, I am looking forward to developing my legal career with Feldon Dunsmore.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking, tennis, going to the gym and eating delicious food! I also lead a very excitable Rainbows group who keep me on my toes!
